In current times, how should mental disability be dealt with in an unrestrained, open-minded way? How can we take on this difference not as a barrier but as an opportunity? By directly confronting its creative force and abounding energy. When a handful of lucky few got to discover the Wild Classical Music Ensemble: four mentally disabled persons, led by the Belgian musician and violin-maker Damien Magnette. The group's first album that was released in confidentiality on Sub Rosa, had gone under the radar. It is time to catch-up here with 'Tout Va Bien Se Passer' ('Everything Will Be Alright'), the ensemble's third record together and from far its most accessible yet. A trip full of dizzying earthquakes and triumphant storms, populated by jelly-like Talking Heads, damaged Devos, lunar punk and screaming robot-rock.

Another release from Will. Z, head of Cosmic Trip Machine andalso known from the 'Book Of Am' cult-project. The story of'New Start' began in 2012 when Will Z. helped Juan Arkotxa,Leslie MacKenzie and Carmeta to finish 'The Book Of AM', aunique combination of recordings and artwork which has sincegained cult status. After the release of 'The Book Of AM', JuanArkotxa and Leslie MacKenzie asked Will Z. to work on thesequel of their project, called 'The Book of Intxixu', togetherwith Gong-leader Daevid Allen. That follow-up project inspiredWill Z. to compose 'New Start', an album inspired by Jain philosophy. 'New Start' takes the listener on a beautiful,cosmic journey. Its rich textures and haunting melodies areevocative, meditative and timeless.

Soon after, she learned that Jay Z's producer, No I.D., had played him Hannah's track to inspire his response to Beyonce's 'Lemonade'. The substantial sample of her voice opened the doors to new audiences. What followed was a year of extensive touring in North America and Europe. Hannah and the band had the determination to produce their ultimate record, the captivating '50 Foot Woman' is the result. This is the lost incarnation of Tony Williams Lifetime,formed to tour in support of his 1978 all-star release 'The JoyOf Flying.' A band of young unknowns including guitarist TodCarver and fretless bassist on-the-rise Bunny Brunel allowWilliams' powerhouse grooves and solos to shine. The tunes here are from the LPs 'Ego' (1971), 'Million Dollar Legs' (1976) and 'The Joy Of Flying' (1978).
