The debut album by Athens-based Weeping Mist! Weeping Mist is the personal vehicle of Spiros Megedisidis, guitar player of Greece's best garage/psychedelic band Yesterday's Thoughts.'Lonely Streets' consists of 16 original songs, written, composed, and recorded by Spiros. Yesterday's Thoughts' drummer Giorgos Vagiatlakis added the necessary drums and tambourine.Everything started back on a cold dark night in a lonely street in 1966 somewhere in Texas. Well, actually, no! But it could! The scenery takes place at the legendary Yesterday's Thoughts' basement, their home base studio. Spiros never stopped writing songs. Covid 19, quarantine, and lockdowns played a part. Isolated from the people, isolated from the band - by force of circumstances - Spiros found a shelter, 10 feet underground, into that basement, with a continuous flow of ideas inside his head, he kept writing, composing, recording, dreaming, tripping... After one and a half years and while slowly getting back to normality, Giorgos stopped by to add what was needed to the already finished songs. And the really hard part was to choose 16 out of many songs! The people at Timemachine-Productions, after listening to Spiro's raw psychedelic aspect on '60s garage - Spiros is a well known sworn devotee - they felt that it was their obligation (you may call it "mission") to bring these creations to the surface, exposed to the light. They didn't know how to call it so they combined words in order to invent a new musical idiom. The music on 'Lonely Streets' is garage psych mood-o-delica! Nothing to do with the revival sound of '60s garage and its various tentacles from the '80s till today. The sound is pure, the sound is old, the sound is analog and raw like a nugget that just dug out of a dusty mine. 16 songs sprayed with a tremendous '66 Texas garage attitude and feeling. Deluxe box with a 2LP on 180 gram black vinyl in black polylined innersleeves. Includes all assets of the original boxset: with cards of the participating artists, explanatory text and the tarot cards, which are treated musically in the album. Walter Wegmüller (1937-2020) was a Swiss-Jenish artist who gained widespread international attention, especially from 1974 onwards, with the publication of his 'Zigeuner Tarot.' In 1973 he released the album 'Tarot' with an all-star band featuring Klaus Schulze, Manuel Göttsching, Harald Grosskopf, Dieter Dierks, Hartmut Enke, Jürgen Dollase and Walter Westrupp. It remained Walter Wegmüller's only foray into the world of music. The album was last released on vinyl in 1976, and on CD in 2000. This version is the first remastered version ever. Particularly sought after by collectors is a deluxe box which, in addition to 2 vinyl discs, contains various cards by the artists as well as explanatory texts on the Tarot reference and reprints of the Tarot cards by Walter Wegmüller.

Jutta Weinhold was born in Mainz (Germany). Her first musical steps are in 1969, when she was engaged in the role of 'Sheila' in the musical 'Hair,' followed by appareances in the musicals 'Godspell' and 'Jesus Christ Superstar' in 1972. Her band Zed Yago, founded in 1985, became pretty popular in Europe and to be considered a pioneer of "dramatic" metal. Unfortunately the success brought internal conflicts inside the band and a heavy legal dispute forced her to not use the Zed Yago monicker anymore, so in 1990 she baptized her new musical project Velvet Viper, to be considered the only possible Zed Yago following; the rest of the band infact could not continue without her and they disbanded soon after. 'Velvet Viper' (with former Warlock Peter Szigeti on guitar) was released in 1990 and 'Fourth Quest For Fantasy' (with former Z.Y. drummer Bubi) in 1992, are both great epic-classic HM albums but did not meet good sales, so then the band was put on ice. In 1994 she released her third solo album 'To Be Or Not' with heavier sound in comparison with her previous solo-ones and with Velvet Viper on hold her unstoppable creativity flowed in Weinhold albums 'From Heaven Through The World To Hell' (2004).
