Ziguri is a music project that started in Berlin Kreuzberg in 1987 and has been back together after a break since 2011. The band consists of krautrock legend Günter Schickert (guitar), Udo Erdenreich (bass) and Dieter Kölsch (drums). On this album, ex-member Zam Johnson (synth) also joined the band again. Ziguri plays a kind of trance rock based on motorik drum and bass beats. A very special hypnotic note is given by Schickert's inimitable floating echo guitar patterns, through which he has earned a legendary reputation since the '70s.Mastering by Eroc. Zombie Zombie : Vae vobis

Zombie Zombie is a trio featuring Etienne Jaumet, Cosmic Neman and Dr Schönberg. After releasing several productions on the Versatile label, Zombie Zombie releases 'Vae Vobis' through Born Bad. But do expect an average 122 bpm banger party record. It's a well-balanced album, worth listening to in one go, featuring strong structures, houses extended-vocal-technique ornaments. The choirwork hints at the arrangements of David Axelrod or Ennio Morricone. The ubiquitous vocoders are pushed to their limits. Sax, trumpet and percussion add color to the record. This album contains the best of live recordings from Spring 2017 with two tracks recorded live in Heidelberg at Kosmodrom in Exil by Tom of Buddha Sentenza mixed by Sula Bassana and one track recorded live at La Zone in Liège by Sula Bassana. The track on side 1, 'Touch Down Heidi' is a great mix of slowtempo and mind-blowing rocking parts with a total time of 26 minutes, spacy guitars with delay effects and reminiscences to Pink Floyd ('Echoes'). Limited to 500 copies on black vinyl.

Zone Six : Beautiful

Last copies! Zone Six was founded in August 1997, when Dave (also known as Sula Bassana) got a concert request for Liquid Visions; but for this band it was not able to play the show. So Dave had the idea to form a new band just for this: Zone Six. The idea behind was to play long tranceful spacerock improvisations. Dave formed the band out of Hans-Peter (guitar player of Liquid Visions) on guitar, Claus (who was playing the drums in Liquid Visions shortly before) on drums and himself on bass and synthesizer. Two weeks before this first gig the debut album was recorded. And around 4 months later a second, but never released album. Two of the tracks from these recordings became this 10" vinyl, which will be out now after 25 years and also in the band's 25th anniversary. At that time the keyboarder Rusty was already on board as well as the Australian singer Jodi Barry, who left some months later. You can hear a slight trip hop influence in these experimental improvisations, which marks it as a special release for Zone Six. These songs were so far only available on the CD '10 Years Of Aural Psychedelic Journeys' from 2007. Mastered by Eroc. The frontcover was made by the Indonesian painter Ibayarifin, which reflects the mood of the music perfectly. The members of the Zonke Family from Nyamapanda, Zimbabwe, belong to the few remaining master musicians of the matepe, a type of lamellophone which belongs to the family of the mbira. This complex interlocking music is played on each instrument with four fingers, each employing independent rhythmic patterns which effects many psychoacoustic tricks on the listener's ear.

Mariana Zwarg represents the third generation of musicians playing the tradition of music created by her godfather, Hermeto Pascoal from Brazil. She is a multi-talented flautist, saxophonist, composer and arranger and bandleader. 'Nascentes' is Zwarg's debut album and her first solo project. Including eight self-composed songs, a theme by Hermeto Pascoal and a theme by Itiberê Zwarg, who makes a guest appearance.

Originally released on Philips in 1970 (but soon after withdrawn!), Zweistein's trippy kraut/psych/experimental masterpiece, which sounds more experimental than Faust, Kraftwerk or Cluster, gets its first vinyl reissue ever. Though presented as a band, Zweistein basically was the project of Suzanne Doucet, a successful German pop singer and TV personality then, and now a famous voice in New Age music. She recorded her avant-garde master piece with her sister Diane and sound engineer Peter Kramper, who's also been involved in recordings of The Rattles, Blizzards, Hawkwind, Amon Düül and Utopia. This is an amazing reissue!

Zzebra : Zzebra
