Written throughout the 2020 global pandemic, Kadabra's debut album 'Ultra' presents an aesthetic that nears that "classic rock" charm and energy. The group has meshed together the droned flow of psychedelic clamor with an abrasive fuzzed riff drive. The sound is a mixture of psychedelic rock and hard rock riffing, vocals are choral and magnetic. Limited to 150 copies on half half red/orange vinyl.

"In under two years since the release of their debut LP 'Ultra,' Kadabra has earned a reputation as a captivating and explosive live act through "passionate stage presence drawing you into their own world with lengthy, mesmerizing, songs building from a slow boil into full crescendos." ~Brian Lopez, New Noise Magazine. The band formed during the dark days of 2020 and were quickly signed by Heavy Psych Sounds, who released 'Ultra' in the fall of 2021 and established the band's penchant for delivering crushing doom riffs and haunting vocals accentuated by bursts of psychedelic flair and swampy Americana swagger. And while the chemistry of long-time friends Garrett Zanol (guitar/vocals), Ian Nelson (bass) and Chase Howard (drums) was apparent upon listening to their debut, their bond was further strengthened by relentlessly touring the western United States and completing a month-long tour of Europe. The trio almost immediately began looking forward, road-testing and crystalizing the songs that would comprise their follow-up, which found the band reuniting with 'Ultra' producer Dawson Scholz. The result is 'Umbra': a singular statement that is more focused and cohesive than its predecessor, while managing to capture the immersive, free-flowing experience of their live show. Kaifo : Rural

Carlos Asimbaya a.k.a. Kaifo is a keyboardist, composer and producer hailing from the small town of Machachi in Ecuador. 'Rural' is his first long-play work, which sees a fully matured vision of Ecuadorian keyboard tradition catapulted into the future and rhythmically sustained by the "bomba" percussion: an Afro Andean element that bears witness to the unique history of this country. With the eight-track delivery 'Rural' Kaifo uplifts the Ecuadorian organ tradition inaugurated in the mid-1960s by the likes of Polibio Mayorga into futuristic clubbing arenas.

Following the massive success of their debut album in 1975, Kalapana returned to the studio in 1976. Barry Fasman, the Los Angeles-based producer whom the band credited with making their first record a success, joined them in the studio for string arrangements and to conduct certain tracks. However, on 'Kalapana II', the band felt fully prepared to produce the album themselves. The result is a breezy blend of funk, pop, rock, soul, and jazz - with a hint of country.

Kane, Nero : (red) of knowledge and revelation (2lp)

'Of Knowledge And Revelation,' Nero Kane's third studio album, was created with the same team of the previous one: it was recorded near Venice in a fertile collaboration with producer Matt Bordin (Squadra Omega/Omega Mai/Italian Occult Psychedelia) of Outside Inside Studio, and features visual artist, performer and filmmaker Samantha Stella, whose voice has been defined as "evoking the ghost of Nico." In the last five years Kane and Stella performed together for Nero Kane's concerts in clubs, theaters, churches, museums and art galleries in Italy, Europe, UK and Los Angeles. Their live performances have been described as journeys through darkness and melancholy, with the creation of a morbid beauty and an intensity which make them unique. Nero Kane describes the album with these words: "'Of Knowledge And Revelation' marks a new path in my constant spiritual pilgrimage through darkness, fog and light. A journey made of solitude, of rise and fall, in a world that recalls Dante's Limbo. I love feeding myself with visions, literature and painting in particular. Inspirations came from old paintings like 'Ascent Of The Blessed' (1490) by Hieronymus Bosch, engravings like Dante's 'Divina Commedia' (1861) by Gustave Dorè, and writings like 'Tears And Saints' (1937) by Emil M.
