Mythos : Mythos

Mythos was formed in 1969 on the initiative of Stephan Kaske (flute, keyboards, vocals, guitar), who found two comrades-in-arms in Harald Weisse (bass) and Thomas Hildebrand (drums). Various performances impressed label boss and talent scout Rolf-Ulrich Kaiser so much that the band was able to release their debut album on the Ohr label in 1972. Remastered from the original analog tapes.

The Belgian Michel Huygen began his long musical career in 1976 with Neuronium, initially starting as a trio. But by 1982, after working with Vangelis on the joint album 'In London', Michel Huygen became synonymous with Neuronium. In 40 years, Huygen released Neuronium albums almost every year until this day. 'Signature' is not just a "best of"; the pieces selected for this compilation are a collection of expressions of different moods. From ultra-electronic, cosmic, spacey, dreamy to even neo-classical music composed in collaboration with the London Symphony Orchestra.

New Dawn : There's a new dawn

One of the rarest and best psych albums to come out of the late 60s and early 70s. Fuzz guitar, minor-chord organ dirges, tender vocals and monumental bass are the calling cards of this private press gem. Maybe its all the rain, but like their Northwest counterparts, the New Tweedy Brothers and the Sonics, The New Dawn helped to establish a regional musical perspective that is hauntingly addictive.Initially released in July of 1970, five hundred copies were pressed, but its estimated that only around 200 may still exist. This is the definitive CD reissue that was produced in close collaboration with Dan Bazzy, singer, songwriter, and founder of The New Dawn. Also included are three previously unreleased 1971 demos and a live track from a 2008 band reunion. CD has a 24 page booklet including band history, lyrics, and historic photos.

Doris Norton (pioneer in the early electronic/computer music) began her musical carrer playing avant-garde and progressive music using synthesizers such as Roland System 700, Roland system 100M and Minimoog (Jacula, Antonius Rex). In december 1980 she recorded, at the Fontana Studio 7 (Milan), her first solo album entitled "Under Ground" (Musik Research).
