The dark, atmospheric and energetic mix of choirs, strings, various FX-sounds, heavy drums, and tribal sections makes this the seed for the raison d'etre sound trademark that began with the album 'Prospectus I' from 1993. Released in 1992 'Apres Nous Le Deluge' became the first official output from raison d'etre when it went available on the Cold Meat Industry subsidiary label Sound Source. There are three versions of 'Apres Nous Le Deluge' and now they have finally all been joined into one complete album release: the Trinity Edition. The original version released on cassette in 1992, first as a private demo tape and soon after slightly slimmed officially on the Cold Meat Industry sub-label Sound Source, had many flaws in the recording quality due to bad equipment and poor skills. The remixed version from 1995 was an attempt to make things better. It was a try to recreate the whole album but the mission failed. Only about half of the tracks were possible to recreate and the second half was just the original version treated with equalization and reverb. Also, many sounds on the remixed tracks were missing thus replaced with new sounds. In 2012 there was a new more serious attempt to recreate the whole album. The intention with the reduxed version was to recreate the energy and feeling of the original version but still making it well balanced and clear in the mix. All tracks composed by Peter Andersson between 1991 and 1992. K-14 level mastering by Peter Andersson 2019. CD 1 track 1-11 are recreated reduxed versions that have been restored, re-recorded and mixed in 2012. CD 1 track 12 is the original recording from 1992. This track was not part of the original 'Apres Nous Le Deluge' material but can be seen as a closely related bonus track.CD 1 track 13 to 17 and CD 2 track 1 to 6 are remixed versions from 1995. CD 2 track 7 to 17 are original recordings from 1991/1992, transferred from the original master tape.

Artbook + CD, silver metallic edition. This period of time in 1983 in which 'Gyllensköld' was recorded was a true evolution of Steven Stapleton's audio art. His collaborations with Diana Rogerson, Robert Haigh (Sema), David Tibet, and Jim Thirlwell around this time elicited some of the most exciting work Nurse With Wound had yet recorded. The production quality on these tracks is remarkable, and the widening out of the project's soundworld opened up a audio toybox that Stapleton has continued to experiment with up to today. It encompasses vocal experiments, vintage LPs of easy listening music, demented nursery rhymes, lateral references to disposable pop music, avant-garde jazz and minimalistic piano composition, all glued together with evocative atmospheres redolent of things unholy, troubling and perverse, but always oddly indefinable and puzzlingly misshapen. In retrospect, 'Gyllensköld' can be seen as the beginning of the "mature" period of NWW, and thus it is an indispensible release for fans of the project.

'Homotopy To Marie' is the fifth album by Nurse With Wound, originally released on United Dairies in 1982. The album is a step on from the Dadaist rock of 'Merzbild Schwet', with much use of tape manipulation and classical avant-garde techniques. The album which combined tape edits with resonating gong tones and disembodied children's voices to create a sonic collage far removed from the harsh improvisations of the group's early albums. The title of the brief closing track derives from a passage from 'Les Chants De Maldoror', a surreal poetic novel written by Le Comte de Lautréamont. This appropriation of a phrase from Maldoror is shared in common with the title of Nurse With Wound's debut album 'Chance Meeting On A Dissecting Table Of A Sewing Machine And An Umbrella'; both phrases appear in Lautréamont's work. This reissue is the official full double album from the original recording session, the 4 tracks from the original LP plus the additional contemporaneous recording, 'Astral Dustbin Dirge', which had been omitted from the original formats for reasons of length and tracks from the same 1982 sessions which were included later in 1986 in 'Automating Vol. 1'.
