'Cycle Of Pain' is the long awaited follow up to the self titled Blue Dawn first album. Recorded after a successful UK tour, it sees the band expanding their sound and delivering 11 new brilliant tracks ranging from seventies hard rock and doom metal to prog rock, plus a stunning cover of Roxy Music's 'In Every Dream Home A Heartache'. The album features new experienced guitar player Luigi Milanese, the keyboards work of Gothic's James M. Jason and guest jazz musician Roberto Nunzio Trabona on sax, giving the album a dark aura and an experimental edge. Monica Santo is still on vocals, along with bassist/vocalist Enrico Lanciaprima and drummer Andrea Di Martino.

Blue Dawn have been conceived in late february, 2009, by drummer Andrea Di Martino ( previously with The Void) and bassist Enrico Lanciaprima (previously with God.zilla, Electric Motherfuckers and Medea Tarantula). Both experienced musicians, they recruit vocalist Monica Santo, who had previously collaborated with local bands Sabba Calabra, Hexenfaust and David Krieg' s hex, and guitarist Fabio La Faci (previously with Ranauei). The band is influenced by seventies hard rock bands like Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Who, Deep Purple and more experimental stuff like King Crimson, Magma and Black Widow. Both original compsitions and cover songs are constantly rehearsed, unfortunately, shortly after, La Faci is forced to leave because of health issues and the band begins looking for a new guitar player. After many auditions, guitarist Paolo Cruschelli, who had played before with local cover bands Kwenda Kzuri, El Zeppel and Hot Aftermath, is recruited. After first 4 tracks CD promo, the full album release is finally ready, do not miss it!!

Third album by the acclaimed progressive doom band Blue Dawn from Italy. 'Reflections From An Unseen World' is the 4th album by Blue Dawn, Genoa's finest occult band and their best todate. The album is the first to feature guitar and keyboards player Davide Bruzzi (Il Segno Del Comando), who playedon tributes to Blue Oyster Cult and Death SS, but this is the first full length album on which he plays, since he joined the band in 2017, shortly after the release of their previous record. His work distinguishes the sound of the album, which ranges from heavy doom to more progressive tracks, embellished by Bruzzi's keyboard touches and flamboyant yet emotional solos, on songs built on powerful and dark riffs created by Andrea Martino (guitar) and Enrico Lanciaprima (bass/vocals), punctuated by the solid drumming of Andrea Di Martino and valued by the gothic voice of singer Monica Santo. The album features some important special guests too: Italian underground legend Mercy (Malombra, Il Segno Del Comando, Ianva), who sings on the track 'Shades,' James M. Jason (Gothic) who sings and plays piano on 'Hostage Of Grudge' and the fabulous cover of Black Sabbath's 'Who Are You' and multi instrumentalist FulvioPereda, who plays Mellotron and tablas on 'Shades.' Blue Dawn' s big personality is all over the record, giving us a heavy, yet varied, sound as the band is known for, but more focused and homogenous than before. An album not to be missed, by everybody who loves classic Sabbath, but also more modern bands like Tool, Triptykon and Il Segno Del Comando.
